You can create a direct desktop shortcut to a specific YouTube video in Chrome by clicking the three-dot menu, selecting Save and share, and choosing Create shortcut.

1. Open the specific YouTube video you want to save in Google Chrome.
2. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser window.
3. Go to Save and share, then click Create shortcut...
