Crane wheels according to DIN, factory standard or customer drawing (O 100-1250 mm, from batch size 1). Forged steel, cast steel, spheroidal graphite cast iron, customised, with/without flanges, roller/sliding bearings, with/without gear rim. Heat treatment and special colouring possible. Accessories such as: Pinions, axles, thrust discs, crane components, crane accessories are also available.
Wheel blocks
The ATLAS wheel block system for the low-maintenance direct drive and for shaft-mounted gearboxes from various manufacturers in sizes 160, 200, 250, 250-V, 315, 400 and 500 perform a wide range of transport tasks in handling systems and in the entire field of mechanical engineering as a ready-to-install travelling unit.
Wheel sets
KARL GEORG supplies wheel sets for low-maintenance direct drive and suitable for shaft-mounted gearboxes from various manufacturers. Wheel sets are manufactured according to DIN standard, KARL GEORG factory standard KG 125 and KG 130 or according to customer requirements in various wheel materials.
Buffers
Maximum safety and performance with hydraulic buffers from leading manufacturer Karl Georg. Customised damping characteristics and durable, corrosion-resistant design for cranes and a wide range of other applications.
Rope sheaves
Our high-quality rope pulleys are manufactured from cast steel or forged steel in various material qualities. Welded rope pulleys are not part of our delivery programme. Slip-free hardening of the rope groove is also possible at the customer's request. Sheaves can be supplied either without internal parts or complete with plain or roller bearings.
Maintenance Repair and Overhaul
KARL GEORG also offers professional maintenance and repair of worn or damaged crane wheels, wheel sets, and wheel blocks, performed directly at our plant and, upon request, including pickup and delivery service.
