a) Prijedlog rješenja „It is possible that...“ kao na slici gore jednostavno nije uopće funkcionirao

b) Također ovo nije funkciniralo: „Try Folder -> Maintanence center, select the problematic folder and check boxes 'Check integrity..', 'Remove..' and 'Compress...'“, vidi web https://www.ritlabs.com/en/forums/forum4/topic6141/

Problem je riješen, ovako:

1) folder „Sent Mail“

- kreirao sam novi folder „Sent Mail“

- sve emailove iz starog foldera „Sent Mail“ prebacio sam, postupno po dvije godine u „jednom prebacivanju“ („move“), u novo kreirani folder „Sent Mail“ (da da da , stari i novi folder su bili potpuno istog naziva i TheBat se nije uopće bunio)

-na kraju je TheBat skužio da stari SentMail folder ima grešku, te je kod slanja novih emailova automatski emailove stavljao u novo kreirani folder „Sent Mail“

-na kraju sam stari folder „Sent Mail“ izbrisao bez problema

2) folder „Inbox“

- kreirao sam novi folder „Inbox2020“

- sve emailove iz starog foldera „Inbox“ od godine 2020. pa sve do godine 2007. prebacio u novo kreirani folder „Inbox2020“

- emailovi od godine 2021. i 2022. su ostali u starom folderu „Inbox“ (tako da sada imam inbox foldere: stari „Inbox“ i novi „Inbox2020“
-nakon toga više nije bilo problema kod izrade backupa, tj. više se nije javljala greška kao na slici gore
